Thank you Darin First off I purchased my car from Hertz so we know how people treat rentals and once my mileage warranty ended the issues started. We all will at one time or another experience this. But Access Transmission helped get me back on the road quickly. Super friendly Fair price for what I needed compared to other shops that quoted me for the identical transmission job and 2-3 week wait list Darin got it done in 4 days. Darin was very easy to talk to and that made Access Transmission an easy choice. Darin continued to keep me up to date with the repairs and ETA which was a day earlier than original stated 👍. This company is fantastic! I brought my 3yr old son with me and the guys were so welcoming to us. As a woman who doesn’t know much about this line of work, it can be intimidating going into a shop asking questions and getting a quote. I knew that we made the right choice based off of my conversations with the staff and their positive attitude on resolving my car’s issues. I never felt like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of like I have felt before from some shops. They listened to my concerns, were very communicative throughout the process, and fixed my car! Their warranty gives me an added relief that I am taken care of! I normally don’t leave reviews, but this shop deserves it! ~ Bailey

I took my 2015 Silverado in after having my transmission fail from another Transmission shop 1 month out of warranty. Very dissatisfied with that bizz never to return. My truck makes 650 HP and I told Darrin it’s making a lot of HP and I had some reservations about a rebuild being able to handle it. Quite calmly he said this is going to be ok. After picking up my truck and driving it , all I can say is it was and is perfect. Put power to the ground above my expectations. So I recommend to my friends with above average power in their vehicles to trust they will make it happen for you and my family to go to ACCESS TRANSMISSION for their needs also. Access Transmission fixed my 2002 Honda Civic within days. The owner-- Mr. Darren was very courteous, communicated with me throughout the process and was a definite straight shooter. Not even a few weeks after that incident, I had another issue arise and thought it was something misfiring with my transmission, but it wasn't. The folks at his shop was able to help me with that issue-- it only called for me to walk to O' Reilys and pick up a part and was out of there within an hour. Very friendly, kind-hearted folks and did not feel taken advantage of. I would recommend this place if you're having any issue with your transmission. ~ Ashley J

Great and TRUSTWORTHY!! I asked around about changing my trany oil and Access was very competitive but the most impressive is that after talking to a Younger man ..he suggested that I DO NOT change my oil because I had not done it in so long ! He actually advised me NOT TO CHANGE IT . He did not try to take advantage of me. I am older and know these kind of things about transmissions and it's old school..you do not change the oil if it's been a long time because it will actually break the trany after a while . I was referred to Access Transmission by my local auto mechanic. I had a noise in my truck every time I shifted that we all believed to be a transmission issue. I dropped my truck off to be evaluated and two days later I was called to pick it up. I was told that it was not a transmission issue and that there was no charge. Took my Toyota Tacoma in for service. It has over 200k miles. I felt like maybe the transmission was slipping a little. I spoke to the owners. Darren Sr and Darren Jr. both very friendly. They ran diagnostics and drove it quite a ways. Darren Jr. said they could not find anything wrong and said bring back anytime. They didn't charge me anything. Normally I get charged just walking into a shop. I said well, I know how it is we are all use to our own vehicles I said if it gets anymore noticeable Ill bring it in. ~ Corey D

I was having issues with my Chevrolet hhr. So I took it to the guys at access and I couldn’t have been happier! In little time they were able to diagnose the issue and give me a fair and reasonable quote. From there they proceeded to repair the issue and within the week I was able to get my vehicle back and on the road. I’m so glad my husband was able to find this shop, we had some issues with our transmission in our gmc sierra for about 6 months. And when it finally gave out these guys were fast on repairing it. Darren is very friendly and informative he answered any questions we had. First time customer. BMW transmission rebuild. Price was very reasonable especially considering it’s a BMW (Bring My Wallet). The turn around was 5 days from drop off to pickup. The car runs great. Soo glad I asked my family where to take my Jeep to fix an issue I had when I would feel like my jeeps shifts were not working properly. They just found this place and I’m so glad they did! Just dropped off truck ...very professional great atmosphere just picked up truck this morning have now driven 35 miles...no more slipping no more skipping I'm so happy to go from a bad transmission to a perfect rebuild and like new performance and as an additional bonus an excellent price...these guys are super pros...thank you access!!!!!!...ok its been about a yr now and im still truckin! Darin and All at Access Transmissions provided me great service at a very reasonable price. No hype, no BS, straight up business. They worked with me allowing me to see my transmission condition and discuss with the technicians performing the work on my 97 Volvo 850 with over 300K. They did diagnostics on my car, (which could have been as simple as driving it around, I'm unsure) and determined that the problems i was having with my station wagon were not a result of the transmission. It was a HUGE relief and their integrity and honesty have ensured that if i ever DO need transmission work done, this is where i am coming! Great service and fast turn around I was told 2 to 3 day rebuild time and My truck was done In 2 dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and it was done on Thursday I will definitely go back to access transmission for service also I was given a price and they stuck to there quote didn't try to charge me more than what was quoted it was definitely more affordable than the other shops they care about their customers. It's been over a week since my transmission was repaired by Access and still running like new. This shop has been around for decades and the owners hasn't changed since. This is my second time using their service. Always charge below the normal price and getting higher customer service. Just keep in mind you need to have the patience to leave your car around a week because there's a line of customers who trust them like I do. ~ Schertz T

Heard about Access Transmission from the weekend car show on the radio. When my transmission went out, and after having car towed to their location, I was notified right away with diagnosis. The rebuild was completed in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. The owner took time to answer all my questions and was very patient.
